Aberporth has two beautiful, clean, blue flag sandy beaches with ample
qualified lifeguards ensure safety for children.
Galwad Y Mor (Calling of the Sea)
This holiday bungalow has two bedrooms which are to the front of the property, a double bedroom & a larger bedroom which easily accommodates twin beds & a bunk bed plus a TV & DVD player. All the single beds are 3' wide.
The lounge & kitchen are to the back of the house with two large three seater leather sofas, a dinning table with six chairs and a large wood burning stove to turn those cooler evenings into something a little more cosy. Wood logs are provided off season.
The
house also has central heating, constant hot water for a bath & and electric shower for those that prefer. The
garden is large with a more than respectable barbeque & garden bench
picnic table.
No matter where you choose to sit in the lounge or kitchen you'll have the most incredible views.
As beautiful as the accommodation is, what really sets it off are the views across the 40 mile sweep of Cardigan Bay all the way up to St Mary's Abbey on Bardsey Island (Ynys Enlli).
Morfa Gwyn (The Sea Captain's House)
This 5 bedroomed 4 star holiday house sleeps 10
/ 12. It is only 70 meters from the sea & 5 minutes walk to the beach.
The grand old house was commissioned to be built by a Sea Captain of
the village before the turn of the last century, it has a lovely character & feel
about it.
The property has a beautiful mature enclosed garden with a patio area, enough seating to accommodate 12 guests, lighting & a barbeque. The large dining room has a solid pine table that seats 10 people comfortably & a music centre. This leads to a large fully fitted kitchen plus a dishwasher & has a further seating area for 4 people. From this area there is an added second staircase leading back to the ground floor.
On the second floor is a games room with views over the rear garden, then northward over the cardigan bay sea & coast. This huge room accommodates a pool table, dart board, table football, a PC for music & 3 large sofas.
