Ynslas"We drove down from Snowdonia, visited The Centre for Alternative Technology (the vegetarian lunch was great) and then stopped at Ynslas to walk along the dunes before heading south to Aberystwyth.

"The family have stayed at Neuadd Farm Cottages
and Ty Hen Holiday Cottages. On our first visit
we all walked down to the cove at Cwm Tydu to look for dolphins and
seals. No sighting this time but the beach and the setting sun were
spectacular."
