Cottage sleeps 6 ideal for two small families
Sleeping six adults, plus a cot if required, the holiday cottage is furnished and equipped to the highest standard, and is situated on the edge of a small hamlet in West Wales close to the wonderful Cardigan Bay Coast.
The cottage has a wonderfully snug lounge with two three seater leather sofas. There is a TV and DVD player, a well stocked bookcase complete with games and puzzles for the little ones. The provision of a wood burning stove on top of full oil fired central heating system, makes the cottage equally suitable for all the year round breaks.
Large Kitchen Dining Room
A large kitchen dining room makes sociable evenings a delight. The dining table is large enough to accommodate all the visitors with comfort. The kitchen is fitted with an electric range style cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, fridge freezer and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils to make your stay comfortable and worry free. A high chair is provided for any little ones.
Cosy rooms comfortably furnished
The holiday cottage has three bedrooms, two doubles each with king size beds, and a twin room. A cot is available on request. All bedrooms have ample furniture to hold all the visitors personal effects.
There is a fully tiled family bathroom, and a fully tiled shower room for the en-suite main bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided making your packing a lighter affair.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor, the arrangements make the cottage ideal for families and for couples sharing. The bedrooms are of a good size, and there are two bathrooms.
All year round holiday accommodation
The house is ideal for two small families, or family with children and grandparents. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo make sharing a pleasure.
Why not visit in winter?
Wales is perfect all year long whatever the weather. Relax by a cosy wood burning stove, in this warm and friendly cottage. Enjoy a comfortable kitchen dining room where all the visitors can relax whilst the meal is being prepared.
There is also a utility room with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. It has the added facility of a downstairs toilet.
Gardens and Paddock
The rear garden is fully enclosed. there is a patio accessed from the dining room through french doors. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. The garden slopes down to a small stream, which is outside the garden fence. There is access, through a small gate, over a wooden bridge and style to a paddock, which is inhabited by a friendly sheep and a shetland pony. Children love them.
The front garden provides ample parking for two cars. One well behaved pet is allowed, pets must sleep on their own bed or blanket, and must not be allowed into the bedrooms.
A garden shed is available for storing bicycles.
