Craig y Nos guesthouse is well located to explore the numerous beaches and coves which run along the coastline of Cardigan Bay.
Just three miles from the safe sandy beach of Aberporth and the exhilarating Ceredigion Coastal Footpath the views from the back bedrooms are breathtaking, beautiful and peaceful.
We pride ourselves on the excellence of
our breakfast, sourced whenever possible from local produce and we
always have home made bread and preserves.
We love good food and evening meals can be prepared on request. Let us
know when you call to book and if the local fishermen have any crab you
might be lucky enough to sample our crab linguine that is full of garlic
and chilli, served with a fresh green salad and crusty bread. We typically
charge £15 per head for a 3 course meal. At present we do not have a licence
to serve alcohol and encourage you to bring your own bottle. We impose
a small charge for corkage. With warning we can arrange fresh lobster and
other fantastic delights from the sea.
Explore the local beaches and villages
One of our favourite beaches is Mwnt where an
ancient croft church stands above a peaceful almost hidden beach, apart
from a seasonal shop there is no commerce making it a truly unspoilt
place.
For those looking for a holiday village unchanged by time, Llangrannog is a delight. Situated approximately 7 miles from Craig y Nos the
beach is popular with families and is safe for swimming with a life guard
present in season.
There are scenic coastal walks, abundant wild life, including seals,
dolphins, red kites, all within a few miles of Craig y Nos.

There is no road at the back of the house, and apart from the odd tractor, there is no traffic noise at all!
The nearest beach is Aberporth with its child-friendly EU approved beaches,
Tresaith is nearby as is Mwnt with its ancient church and the seaside
town of Cardigan is about 4 miles away.
The Bed and Breakfast is popular
with walkers, cyclists or those simply seeking a break from faster paced
lives.
Our 3 rooms are well decorated and our bed linen is quite simply the
best: pure white cotton sheets, duck down duvets and feather pillows.
All rooms have a television, tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer.
We have free wireless broadband.
