Start The cycle starts from Cardigan Town and bikes can be hired at New Image Bicycles in Pwllhai [the road facing Cardigan Market.]
Finish Llangrannog.

0.0. Cardigan Town Leave Finch Square and travel up Priory Street
0.1 Top of Priory Street, turn right into Pendre
0.4 Follow on into North Road, and then bear left at the War memorial, pass the school and then left again into Gwbert Road.
1.2 Turn right, signed Ferwig, Mwnt, Aberporth [or continue straight to visit Cardigan Farm Island]
3.2 T-junction [give way] turn right, signed Mwnt
3.3 At crossroads just further on, carry straight on

Arrive Felinwynt. Carry straight on.

T-junction [give way] turn right, then turn left, shortly after [at post box]
8.4 Staggered crossroads, outskirts of Aberporth [give way], go straight across[ish] signed Tresaith
9.4 Arrive in Tresaith adn pass through
10.5 Staggered crossroads [right of way] after long climb, go straight on

Crossroads, give way, turn left, signed Llangrannog
11.6 Road goes round to left over little bridge, - follow signpost to Llangrannog
11.8 Turn left Signed 'B&B', after climbing hill and going past a chapel.
13.4 Arrive in Llangrannog.
