| This period Georgian gentleman's residence offers great accommodation for larger groups and families wishing to holiday together. The house was built by the Colby family in the 19th century and offers spacious accommodation. The coast in this part of North Pembrokeshire National Park is truly spectacular and there have been many sightings of red kites, seals, dolphins, whales and even turtles in the surrounding bays. Nearby are coves, bays, cliffs, horse riding stables, golf courses, boating, fishing and much more. |

The Accommodation |
Entrance into large hallway with original floor and impressive Georgian staircase leading off. There are two sitting rooms. The first has a working marble fireplace, double aspect with lovely garden views, 4 piece suite, Chiffonier, colour TV and DVD player. The second sitting room also has garden views, period fireplace, and is furnished with a 4 piece suite, piano, bookcase and colour TV. There is a large farmhouse kitchen / dining room with an AGA range and a flagstone floor, there is a range of fully fitted farmhouse style units incorporating a gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer and a large farmhouse table with 12 chairs. |

Bedroom 3 has a double bed, wardrobe, vanity unit with wash hand basin, and a large linen press/dresser. Bedroom 4 has twin beds, period fireplace, wardrobe, dressing table and a vanity wash basin.
There is ample parking. The extensive lawned garden has mature trees, shrubs and there is garden furniture and a barbecue for guests use. Sorry, no pets and no smoking |
