| Situated in the heart of the Pembrokeshire National Park, this delightful secluded semi-detached cottage makes an ideal holiday retreat. The coastal path is within walking distance of the property and there are three beaches within 4 miles of the property. |  |
 At any time of the year the local scenery will take
your breath away with stunning views, quiet lanes and secluded coves.
You may even be lucky enough to see dolphins and seals as you walk along
the coastal path. The cottage nestles behind a large mansion house and
enjoys an idyllic location close to the village of Moylegrove

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is very spacious and has a double bed, wardrobe space, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets |

There is oil central heating throughout the property except for the conservatory, which is unheated. Oil and electricity are included from May to September
and charged for at a flat rate of £25 per week at all other
times. There is a large enclosed garden (approx 1 acre) from where
some distant sea views can be appreciated. Up to two well-behaved pets
are welcome.Towels available if requested - £3 per guest

Entrance into long lean-to conservatory, which is furnished with a three-piece suite, breakfast table and 4 chairs and 2 wooden relaxer chairs. Through to the hallway and into the cosy sitting room that has a stone fireplace with a woodburning stove and is furnished with a comfy suite, colour TV, radio/cassette player and a sideboard.
The dining area has a farmhouse style table and 6 chairs. There is an adjacent utility room with an automatic washing machine and small chest freezer. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, chest of drawers and bedside
table. All the beds have duvets and will be made up with fresh linen
for your arrival. Sorry, no cot or highchair is available but you may
bring your own. The bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, WC and wash
hand basin.
